Returns & Refunds
- Process: To return an item, please dispatch the product back to our facility.
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition, we will process your refund.
- Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund minus 400 PKR (the initial commitment/shipping deposit).
Exchanges
- Process: If you need a different size or a replacement, simply send the original pair back to us.
- Shipping the New Pair: Once we receive and verify your returned item, we will immediately dispatch your new pair to you.
How Our Ordering Works

- Payment Options:
- Full Advance: Pay the total amount online using the account details provided at checkout.
- Partial COD: Pay 400 PKR online to confirm your order as a serious buyer. The remaining balance will be collected as Cash on Delivery when your parcel arrives.
